 All residents in the surrounding area, not already evacuated, are advised to be prepared for evacuation. The majority of the evacuation orders remain in place but parts of Napa County are being repopulated. The list below is far from comprehensive. Napa County Mandatory: 
Circle Oaks, Wild Horse Valley Road, SR 128 to Moskowite, Berryessa Highlands
Napa County Advisory: 
East of Soscol Ave between Silverado Trail and West Imola Ave, East of Hwy 221 between West Imola Ave and Hwy 29, East of Hwy29 between Hwy 221 and Jameson Canyon Rd., North of Jameson Canyon Rd. between Hwy 12 and the Napa/Solano County line. West of HWY 29- Oakville Grade to Rutherford Rd
Napa County Repopulation
At 5:00 PM Thursday October 12th, the Mandatory Evacuation Order affecting the areas of Silverado Country Club, Monticello Park, and The Avenues will be lifted. Also included are areas West of Silverado Trail, between Hardman Avenue and Highway 128. The following road closures have been established: The intersection of Atlas Peak Road and Westgate Drive, denying access to Old Soda Springs and Atlas Peak. The intersection of Monticello Road and Vichy Avenue will remain closed, denying access to the lake Berryessa area. Wild horse Valley road will be closed at Coombsville Road, denying access to Wild Horse Valley.

All areas and roads north and south off of Hwy. 12 between Adobe Canyon Rd. and Calistoga Rd., 7th St. East from East Napa St. to Denmark St., North side of Denmark St. from 7th St. East to Napa Rd., 8th St. East north of Denmark Rd., E MacArthur St. east of 7th St. East, Quail Run Way & Hamblin Rd., Western Mine Rd and Ida Clayton, Sonoma County East of Old Redwood, Highway on Air Corbett Circle to Faught Rd and Old Redwood Highway, Annadel Heights Woodview Drive, all streets east of Summerfield Rd. to Park Trail Rd., Community of Calistoga, Highway 128 at the Intersection of Road 93/North on Hwy 128 which turns into River Road until it ends at Vanoni Road (which included all residents East of the Russian River), North of East Napa St. from 4th Street, East to the end of E. Tubbs Road to Lake/ Napa County Line, Community of Geyserville, Community of Palomino Lakes, Middletown, Fitch Mountain North side East of Revel Rd, Southside East of Golf Course including Hidden Acres, Rivers Bend, Rivers End, River View (Senior Communities East of Heron Dr.), Chalk Hill at Pleasant, North Side of Pleasant Ave. to Old Redwood Highway, North along City Boundary to Arata Lane, North Side Arata Lane to Hwy. 101, Hwy 101 to the Russian River, East along the Russian River to Maacam Creek to Chalk Hill Rd., Highway 12, north of Franklin Dr. to fire perimeter, El Verano, north of Arnold Rd., Boyes Hot Springs, east of Madrone Rd. North Side of the City of Sonoma to include the boundaries of East Madrone Rd., north of Arnold Dr. and south to Petaluma Ave., Hwy. 12 (Napa St.) east to Lovall Valley Rd.
Solano County Mandatory: 
Upper and Lower Green Valley
Solano County Advisory: 
West of Pleasants Valley Rd, from Hwy 128 South to Mix Canyon Rd. North of Jameson Canyon Road from the Solano/Napa County Line to Interstate 80, North of Interstate 80 between Jameson Canyon Road and Suisun Valley Road, and West of Suisun Valley Road between Interstate 80 and the Solano/Napa County line.
Central LNU Complex Evacuation Reduction
the following Mandatory Evacuation orders have been reduced to an Evacuation Advisory: Areas east of Fulton Rd, from Francisco Ave. to Guerneville Rd., to Highway 101, areas east of Highway 101, from Steel Lane/Chanate Rd., to Calistoga Rd. with exceptions of streets leading up to Fountain grove area where fire damage exists.
