OptEmail is the first of its kind email processing and optimization gateway that intercepts inbound or outbound emails and shrinks the size of the attachments before messages arrive at your mail server. In seconds, common files are optimized by up to 95 percent, reducing email traffic and storage by 30-50 percent.

OptEmail runs concurrently with existing email servers. As email comes in, OptEmail searches for supported attachments and uses NXPowerLite (Neuxpower Solutions LTD) to optimize them. It accomplishes this by extracting the original attachments, shrinking the files down to their smallest possible sizes, replacing the large attachments with the optimized version, and then sending to your email server.
