In addition to his client responsibilities, Justin manages Heffernan’s San Mateo and San Jose offices, supporting the growth and development of teams across the Peninsula and South Bay. He also leads Heffernan’s Marine niche, helping strengthen the firm’s capabilities and expertise in this specialized area.
Outside of work, Justin lives in the Bay Area with his wife and their two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and remains committed to building lasting relationships with both his clients and colleagues.
