• Insurance carriers, wholesalers, and managing general agents (MGAS) to obtain insurance for you.
• Third Party partners to assist in administrative tasks and projects for you and Heffernan.
• We do not disclose any personal information about you to anyone unless it is to provide insurance for you or we are being mandated by law to do
  so.

Your Options and Control:

We respect your right to control the use of your personal information. You have the following options:

• Opt-Out of Promotional Communications: If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can opt-out by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails or contacting your account representative.
• Review and Update Your Information: If you believe that any personal information, we hold about you is incorrect or needs updating, please contact us, and we will promptly assist you in making the necessary changes.
• Access Your Data: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. If you would like to obtain a copy of your data or have any concerns regarding the use of your information, please contact your account representative.
